    Let's Focus on You, Mama! Our 8-week program includes two, mom-only Body Boost workout classes each week, goal setting, and weekly wellness challenges tailored to your needs. If you're familiar with previous Body Well® sessions, this is the mini version!

    This is 8 weeks for you to focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Meet Ups: Wednesdays at 7:30 PM and Saturdays at 7:30 AM
